Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is setting the record straight about her future on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after she began trending on Wednesday, August 19 via Twitter after a screenshot began circulating that appeared to be from her account where she allegedly claims that she was leaving the series.

“Hope everyone enjoys tonight’s episode of #RHOBH – it’s a bumpy ride,” the tweet read. “After 3 seasons, I have decided to walk away from the show. I wish the cast, production and Bravo all the best in the future seasons, and I am grateful that I have made some lifelong friends out of this experience.”

However, Teddi quickly responded to the claim that she was exiting the Bravo hit reality series.

“Whoever made this fake tweet and has been posting it around… not true but thanks for the extra pass,” Mellencamp wrote via her Instagram Story on Wednesday morning. “I did not post this. It’s photoshopped and fake.”

She continued to address the topic by laughing at the situation via her Twitter page.

“Whoever made that fake tweet thanks for the extra press,” Mellencamp wrote.

After a fan tweeted, “Teddi has the girls shook, hats off.”

To which Teddi responded, “Rent free, free press. Gotta love Twitter.”
