Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave Lists Her Hollywood Hills Home For $6 Million With Mauricio Umansky And Farrah Aldjufrie’s Help!

Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is selling her Hollywood Hills home for $5.995 million.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star told fans in a now-deleted Instagram story that the agents for the property are Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie — Kyle Richards’ husband and daughter.

Farrah also noted that the house "can serve as a great bachelor pad OR an amazing family home," adding, "Rarely do I see a home that can be either of these things!"

According to the listing, the house boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a home office, and a custom walk-in dressing room within Teddi and Edwin Arroyave's bedroom.

Mellencamp her husband Edwin Arroyave, and their children are planning to move into a $6.49 million home in Encino, Realtor.com reported. Their new 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home will be closer to her co-stars Richards and Dorit Kemsley.

Mellencamp and Arroyave also invest in real estate. Page Six reported in February that the couple owns the home where Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke was living when he was fatally shot.
