Tallia Storm Teases That She And Her Family Are Joining ITV’s New Series The Real Housewives Of Jersey!

Tallia Storm has teased that she'll be starring in ITV's upcoming series, The Real Housewives of Jersey alongside her family.

Tallia appeared as a guest on Tuesday morning's installment of Wakey!, the app-based breakfast TV show, where she was interviewed by Love Island's Chris Taylor, according to a new report by The Daily Mail.

During a quick-fire quiz the 21-year-old singer was asked: "True or false that you are going to appear on The Real Housewives of Jersey?' to which the Storm responded, teasing: "Watch your TV screens and wait and find out!"

Tallia immediate family consists of film producer mom Tessa Hartmann (50) and director dad Sascha Hartmann (40).

The pop star has an older sister named Tessie, as well as two younger brothers Johnnie (15) and Zac (13).

Earlier this week, ITV has confirmed that The Real Housewives of Jersey has been commissioned and is set to premiere later this year as production began filming the new upcoming series. The series was been commissioned by ITV's Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions and Amanda Stavri, Commissioning Editor, Factual Entertainment, ITV.

Following the success of the award-winning show The Real Housewives of Cheshire, ITVBe has announced the commission of a brand-new version of The Real Housewives franchise based on the Channel Island of Jersey.

The Real Housewives of Jersey will see some of the island’s most fabulous Housewives embrace all the island has to offer – from tranquil beaches, to the most glamourous parties. The series will give viewers a unique insight into the lifestyles of Jersey’s biggest characters and promises to bring fun, laughter and, of course, plenty of glitz. Filming started this month.

The series has been commissioned by ITV’s Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions and Amanda Stavri, Commissioning Editor, Factual Entertainment, ITV. It is produced made by BAFTA-winning Monkey, which is part of NBCUniversal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group. David Granger and Mike Swindells serve as Executive Producers for Monkey.

Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions ITV, said:

“Having become one of ITVBe's biggest hits, The Real Housewives of Cheshire will soon have a sister show under the ITVBe umbrella. The Real Housewives of Jersey promises an equally fabulous cast in another aspirational location. We're thrilled to welcome these ladies into the ITVBe family and know our audience will look forward to getting to know each of them over the course of their debut series."

Mike Swindells, Executive Producer, Monkey, added:

“Everyone at Monkey is incredibly excited to build on the Housewives franchise and bring The Real Housewives of Jersey to ITVBe. It’s a fantastic opportunity to introduce the world to brand new Housewives and to see how their lives unfold in one of the most unique locations in the UK. We can’t wait to experience all the island has to offer!”

The Real Housewives of Jersey is set to launch later in the year with a premiere on the ITV Hub and will run weekly on ITVBe.

The new series will be known as The Real Housewives of Jersey, UK outside of the UK.

As we previously reported, Henry Cavill's sister-in-law Kiri Cavill is reportedly set to star in The Real Housewives of Jersey. According to The Sun newspaper, ITV wants Kiri to join the upcoming reality series before filming starts next week.

The network apparently is also begging CEO of luxury estate agents Fine & Country Margaret Thompson in a bid to rival Netflix's real estate reality show 'Selling Sunset.'
