NeNe Leakes Is Reportedly ‘Leaning Towards’ Returning To ‘RHOA’ For Season 13 While Hosting New E! Show!

New details emerge about NeNe Leakes' potential future on The Real Housewives of Atlanta after it was announced that she will be co-hosting a new show on E! Entertainment. “NeNe is definitely leaning towards finding ways she can do both her new E! show and RHOA,” a source close to production told HollywoodLife.

Rumors went viral on multiple outlets and social media about NeNe allegedly not returning to RHOA. However, Bravo and Leakes' manager denied the rumors.

According to a source, NeNe thinks one of her cast members may have had something to do with it firing rumors. “NeNe was discouraged when she heard that the rumors about her being fired were planted by someone from the show,” the source continued. “She’s sick of feeling sabotaged and manipulated to lose her cool since they know which buttons to push behind the scenes.”

The source added, “She appreciated the support, and she’s definitely taking it into consideration as she continues discussions for next season,” the source said. “She didn’t take the bait, and they underestimated her relationship with Bravo when the network went to bat for her and publicly shot down the claims.”

The news comes after celebrity blogger Love B. Scott reported last week the following: “Pickup letters went out last Friday via emails to each of the ladies’ representatives and NeNe did not get one. Eva Marcille already announced she isn’t returning.”

However, NeNe’s manager Steven Grossman denied the report that his client has been fired from RHOA. “It is absolutely not true that NeNe has been fired from RHOA. Furthermore, it was made abundantly clear prior that she will always be welcome on the series as long as she wants to be,” he told HollywoodLife in a statement. “We are having on-going bigger picture conversations with NBC Universal and have not made any decisions regarding next season specifically. Any speculation or sources trying to create controversy by stating otherwise are incredibly inaccurate.” Steven added “Bloop” at the end of the statement, referencing NeNe’s infamous catchphrase.

Bravo has also responded, noting there is “absolutely no truth” to the report that NeNe was fired.
