Andy Cohen And Garcelle Beauvais Confirm RHOBH Is On Hiatus Due To COVID-19 Setbacks; Andy Says “Takes Longer To Edit The Show Now, But It’ll Be Worth The Wait”

Andy Cohen reveals why the current tenth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is on hiatus. After he was asked why the Bravo reality series was no airing, he tweeted, “Taking a teeny hiatus due to Covid,” he wrote.

He added, “Takes longer to edit the show now, but it’ll be worth the wait….”

Garcelle Beauvais also addressed the topic when she was asked about the show's hiatus.

“It’s just a hiatus because of COVID they need time to edit! We will be back in 2 weeks.”

This week, Denise Richards and Kyle Richards also addressed the topic, echoing Cohen and Beauvais’ statements.

“I think that we're on hiatus because we got so far behind with the confessionals with the COVID. We just recently started doing them where we're filming ourselves basically. We have someone come in and set everything up with a mask ... so we got behind for that. So I think that's part of the reason why we have to go on hiatus,” Denise said during her recent appearance on SiriusXM’s The Jess Cagle Show. “We gotta catch up with the episodes.”

Kyle wrote on her Instagram page in the comment section of a recent post, “I think catching up with editing. Covid set backs?”
