Phaedra Parks Is Reportedly Being Considered To Return To The Real Housewives Of Atlanta As ‘Friend’ For Season 13!

New sources reveal that Phaedra Parks is considering returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta. While earlier reports claimed that the self-proclaimed southern belle could return as a full-time cast member, sources reveal to Love B. Scott that as of now, Parks is being considered to return in a ‘friend’ role.

NeNe Leakes has been campaigning for the past few years for Parks to return to the series, but she recently revealed that she is unsure if she wants to return for Season 13 due to the drama with her co-stars.

However, sources claim if Parks does indeed return to the series, it will give NeNe another person to film besides with Porsha Williams and Marlo Hampton.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Parks is in talks to return to the show.

“Phaedra is in talks to come back to the show,” an insider told The Sun. “RHOA is still the highest-rated Housewives series, but producers feel it hasn’t been as interesting so they want Phaedra to return.”

The insider added Kandi Burruss “isn’t happy” over the potential new addition.

Parks joined RHOA back during the show's third season and was let go after filming of the Season 9 reunion taping. If you recall, it was revealed during the season 9 reunion that Parks was the one who told Porsha Williams about Kandi and husband Todd Tucker’s alleged plan to drug Porsha and have sex with her. An allegation that Burruss has denied, which resulted in Parks getting fired from the show.
