“I’ll just say this: I’m happy and looking forward to writing my next chapter,” Meghan captioned a selfie with Schauf via Instagram on Wednesday, May 27.
In the comments section, Schauf wrote, “I really like you in a flannel and a smile.”
The Real Housewives of New York City newcomer Leah McSweeney, meanwhile, took a jab at Meghan’s estranged husband, Jim by commenting, “Much cuter then [sic] the last one haha!! Happy for you,” she wrote, according to Us Weekly.
Southern Charm star Cameran Eubanks commented, “Happy for you sweet friend.”
Earlier this month, Us Weekly reported that Meghan is dating Schauf. According to a source, the former Bravo reality star met Schauf at the beginning of March.
Meghan, who shares daughter Aspen, 3, and twin boys Hayes and Hart, 23 months, with estranged husband Jim Edmonds, is currently spending time with her new man in Utah while her three kids stay in St. Louis with their dad. Meghan was previously in Los Angeles with their children.
The outlet reports that Schauf lives primarily in Park City, Utah, but spends time in Los Angeles, where Meghan moved after her split from Jim.
Just like Meghan, Christian has a podcast called “Life Uncharted.”
“Each week we sit down with extraordinary people who have stuck their nose in the wind, stepped off the beaten path, and forged their own path to success,” the podcast description reads.
Schauf is the CEO of an emergency survival kit company called Uncharted Supply Co. Meghan keeps up with the company via Instagram.
Based on Schauf's social media activity, he spends his free time running, biking, or skiing. Schauf’s dog, Barron, is the “official mascot” of his company, according to Us Weekly. The Swiss Mountain dog also has more than 1,400 followers on Instagram.
In October 2019, Meghan and Ji, called it quits after five years of marriage. The former RHOC star accused her then-husband of being unfaithful with their nanny, which both Jim and the caretaker denied.
Earlier this month, Jim confirmed he was in a relationship with Kortnie O’Connor. The pair have been quarantined together while the former St. Louis Cardinals player continues to recover from his battle with COVID-19. Before Jim went public with his new relationship, his estranged wife claimed that O’Connor had a threesome with them during their marriage.
Meghan and Jim share three kids: three-year-old daughter Aspen and twins Hayes and Hart, 22 months.
