The news comes after an alleged video was leaked courtesy via Gossip of the City of Michael Darby in bed with another woman.
The Black Socialites alleges the following: "This all allegedly went down late last year while Ashley was away filming for the Real Housewives of Potomac. Michael allegedly was at the MGM in the National Harbor and got a room with some random and spanking was allegedly apart of the arrangement."
Michael is no stranger to controversy. As previously reported, he was accused of “grabbing and groping” the butt of a Bravo cameraman while filming an episode of the fourth season of the Bravo hit reality series. But charges were dismissed on October, 4 in a Montgomery County court due to insufficient evidence.
