Mary Amons Reflects On The Real Housewives Of D.C. And Shares An Update On Show’s Upcoming 10th Anniversary Reunion! Plus Mary And Lynda Erkiletian Show Some Love To Former Co-Star Michaele Schon!

After a fan on social media recommended other reality television fans to binge-watch the first and only season of The Real Housewives of D.C. Mary Amons reflect on their time on the controversial Bravo hit reality series.

After a fan asked Mary what was her favorite moment on the show, she replied, "To many to count! Had a ball laughing and carrying on with @THERealLyndaDC & @catommanney everyday!!" she tweeted. "I miss them and the fun we made with it all #RHODC #RHODC10years @BravoTV"

Mary also shared an update on a rumored RHODC reunion to celebrate the show's 10th anniversary of the premiere of the series. "Yaaassssss! We are working on some live Instagram chats and a zoom reunion! #RHOD #RHODC10years," she wrote.

Politics was part of a major part of the show, Amons feels like the show would have faced "crazy conversations" about today's "politically polarized climate" if the show was still around during these times.

"Imagine this. What could have evolved with this present politically polarized climate!? Crazy conversations," she tweeted. "We touched on our political differences in only [one] season. Holy Good Laaawwwd, if there was such a thing. Ever. In Bravo history. #shipsailedtosoon @bravotv @andy"

While some fans suggested that the show should return minus a certain cast member, referring to Michaele Schon, formally known as Michaele Salahi. But Mary and Lynda Erkiletian came to her support despite feuding on the show.

"I wish her all the best too!" Lynda tweeted about Michaele. Mary agreed with Lynda about Michaele and tweeted, "Me too. I wish her all the best as well!"

In a separate tweet, Mary came to Michaele's defense. "I don't blame her at all. We were all being coaxed & juxtaposed and who knows what was really going on in that camp. Love and light to that sister, always."

Overall Mary has no retreat about doing the show by adding, "We had a memorable fun LMAO [laughing emoji] in front and behind cameras as real and honest friends keeping grounded. #RHODC #RHODC10years"
