Kameron Westcott Reveals What’s The Best And Worst Part Of Being On RHOD And Confirms She’s Returning For Season 5!

Kameron Westcott recently spilled the tea about The Real Housewives of Dallas during a recent Q&A session via Instagram. The mother-of-two confirmed that she and last year's newbie Kary Brittingham are returning for the show's upcoming fifth season of the Bravo hit reality series.

When asked if she and Kary would return for Season 5, Kameron confirmed that the two are in fact returning to the show.

“Yes… it’s too much fun now to walk away!!” Kameron wrote, according to Reality Blurb. Kameron also revealed that she would quit the show if her kids asked her to leave the series.

“I always say… I will quit the minute my children say they want me off the show,” she shared. “Right now they don’t mind it and they know I promised them I would hold myself accountable for all my actions and would set a good example for them as best I can so they can be proud of their mother and never ashamed.”

When another user asked Westcott to share what are the new wives are like, she replied, “Hmm you will need to stay tuned…,” she teased.

As we previously reported, multiple sources revealed that Dr. Tiffany Moon and Jennifer Long were joining the series. But the series has been put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

When another fan asked her what was the best and worst part of being a housewife, she replied: “Best part of being a [housewife]… is being able to bring a spotlight to charitable organizations that would never get this public attention… and worst part is dealing with mean internet trolls.”

“What do you know now that you wish you knew before starting on RHOD?” someone else asked.

“That it is ALOT MOREEE work than I ever imagined!!” Kameron admitted.

When asked how she was asked to join the show, Kameron wrote, “Thanks to Cary [Deuber] my name was put on the call list!”

Kameron responded to a fan who asked, “Is it weird to have cameras in your house all the time?”

“I don’t have cameras in my house all the time!” Kameron wrote. “It’s all scheduled and after they remove the equipment each day!! I would die if that’s how it worked hahah!! Also nobody can come on camera without a signed contract and filming is not allowed without location contracts. It’s a lot that goes into filming that I didn’t know either until I joined the show.”
