Sonja Morgan Is Selling Her Upper East Side Townhouse For $10.75 Million!

Sonja Morgan's infamous townhouse is on the market once again. The property which was featured in past seasons of The Real Housewives of New York City is being sold for a whopping $10.75 million.

The five-story house is located on a gorgeous tree-lined street in a ritzy Manhattan nabe, and it comes with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a private elevator, and an outdoor terrace.

Morgan is seeking a tenant for her Upper East Side townhouse, whether it's a buyer or a renter. She was previously renting the property for $32,000 a month.

If you recall, in 2018, Morgan left her townhouse and moved into an apartment in Columbus Circle, where she has admitted she feels much lighter and freer.

"Getting up from under the house has released me emotionally and physically from it so that I can do more in the apartment, spend more time with my girlfriends, spend more time with my daughter and my fashion designs, and when I go to the house now as a landlord, I get it done and I leave it there," she shared, according to Bravo.

The home was originally purchased for $9.1 million in 1998. Sonja has previously tried to sell the home in 2013 for $8.25 million.
