Jana Webb Shares JOGA Fitness Tips And Reveals If She Misses Being On The Real Housewives Of Toronto!

Jana Webb is sharing fitness tips and looks back at her time on The Real Housewives of Toronto. Wedd, the founder of Joga opened up about her passion for fitness and much more during a recent Instagram Q&A session.

After a fan asked Webb if there's joga workout options in the FitPlan app for pregnant women, she said, "all the joga programs are safe for pregnancy. Just avoid the twist and the breath holds," she wrote. "If you are in your last Trimester avoid lying on your right side !"

Webb also provided promotion codes for people to sign up for Joga via Fitplan app while we are all in-home isolation during the coronavirus pandemic. "Our current promotion gives a 7 day free trial, then $50 USD for the entire year (billed once annually)! That breaks down to $4.16 per month."

When asked if she missed being on The Real Housewives of Toronto, she replied, "I do!!! We had a blast," she wrote.

"The only thing I don't miss is dressing up every day," she added. "I like being in my kicks."
