“Tamra is working out a deal that would bring her back for more than three episodes for between $20-25,000,000 each,” the source told Radar Online. “She didn’t like just being on three episodes. She was being phased out and she knew it and wanted to control the narrative.”
If you recall, Tamra was originally offered a limited role for Season 15 for only three episodes to finish up her storyline, which she declined the offer.
The insider claims that filming with Kelly Dodd, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Gina Kirschenheiter and rumored new cast member Elizabeth Lyn Vargas wasn’t going as well as the producers would have liked.
“They need her to spice it up,” the source said. “Shannon needs friends and she would be a voice of reason to keep Kelly at bay. So, now she has a bit of leverage and can get more episodes if it works.”
“Tamra and Andy have been in communication non-stop since she announced she wasn’t coming back,” the source told Radar Online. “He has been lobbying for her to come back.”
Last week, Tamra appeared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live and revealed that Andy told her she will be filming for Season 15 and didn't want her to ink any new contracts for other shows, according to The Blast.
“When this job ended, I never thought, ‘Oh my gosh, I’m going to get another show,’ because I don’t have agents,” Tamra revealed.
Cohen previously revealed that he hopes Judge returns to the series in some form. “I’m hoping that she will come back in some form. Either this season or in the next couple because I just think she’s someone that I am always interested in,” Andy said during his SiriusXM show, Radio Andy.
