Dawn Ward’s Neighbors Outraged Over Her Plans To Turn £14.5 Million Mansion Into Luxury Spa!

Dawn Ward and her husband Ashley are planning to turn their mansion into a luxury spa retreat, however, her neighbors are not too thrilled with the Real Housewives of Cheshire star's idea. Find out why below!

The couple plan to transform Warford Hall into a "boutique spa retreat". The 10-bedroom home will include a heated swimming pool, massage and therapy facilities and hotel accommodation for 30 people.

However, 25 neighbors have already voiced their concerns about the development, claiming that the proposal will be excessively noisy and will result in traffic chaos.

The couple has struggled to sell the 12-acre property and claim it costs over £100,000 to maintain every year, the property currently includes a games room, playrooms, cinema room, a bar, and a sunroom.

"Warford Hall would remain as a building of the highest calibre, benefiting from a significant upgrade and investment in landscaping creating stunning grounds," planning agents Arista Design Ltd said in documents about the proposal, according to The Sun.

"The proposal is to change the use of Warford hall from a dwelling with ancillary offices to a luxury, boutique spa retreat."

"There would be overnight guest accommodation made available in association with this use."

"The Hall and associated outbuildings will be refurbished and extended to provide a total of 16 bedrooms and a new spa facility will form part of the new extension works, which is similar in scale to the extension.

However, one neighbor said in the planning documents: "We object as the venue would inevitably want to expand into a late night, drinking and party destination that would disrupt all who live surrounding Warford Hall.

"Yet another thinly disguised attempt (through the back door) at getting approval as a wedding venue with all the noise and disruption that goes with it."

Back in 2016, the Wards submitted plans to add a conference and wedding venue in their property, but the Planning Committee rejected the proposal after complaints many neighbors complained about the proposed development.
