Bethenny Frankel Sells Her Hamptons Home For $2.28 Million!

Bethenny Frankel has sold her seven-bedroom property for $2.28 million. According to the listing courtesy via Out East, the home came fully furnished — down to a set of plush robes included for the buyers. The buyer was represented by Vincent Abbate of Nest Seekers International.

After 19 months on the market, the former Real Housewives of New York City star sold the property — but for a lot less than she was hoping for. Originally listed for $2.995 million, Bethenny dropped the price several times, with the last ask being $2.595 million. However, she eventually sold it for earlier this month at $2.28 million, according to Bravo's Style & Living.

Frankel purchased the house for $2.03 million in 2017. The home was built in 1910, the classic estate, located in Bridgehampton, New York, features high ceilings and plenty of windows that provide natural lighting throughout its 4,200 square feet.

The home boasts ample room for entertaining guests, including an oversized parlor, a large gathering room that has a marble wet bar, and a formal dining room, according to a report from PEOPLE. The property also includes a butlers pantry cabana room that has access to a covered porch next to the pool.

Earlier this year, Bethenny sold her former two-bedroom NYC condo at $550,000 less than the asking price—she purchased that space for $4.2 million back in 2014 and sold it for $3.995 million.
