Vicki Gunvalson Claims Producers ‘Lied’ And ‘Manipulated’ Her And Slams Andy Cohen After RHOC Exit; Says “Shouldn’t Have Stayed As Long As I Did”

Vicki Gunvalson slams Andy Cohen and Bravo after announcing her exit from The Real Housewives of Orange County! The OG of the OC turned to Twitter on Sunday, January 26, to call out the executive producer of the Bravo hit reality series, as well as the rest of the network and the production team for not supporting her during her time on the show.


After a fan tweeted, "the end of an era" after Vicki and Tamra Judge announced their departures, Vicki responded, "Yes it is."


Vicki also 'agreed' with another follower after saying that the "chemistry" within the cast won't be the same, Gunvalson replied: "I agree."


Vicki then tweeted after another follower thanked her for giving "a decade of amazing and iconic" reality television moments. "The show was going down a very bad path," she wrote. "I'm free now to do what I want!"


Gunvalson also hinted that the production, Evolution didn't pay her what she's worth" after a follower came to her defense and claimed that they treat "these women like their prostitutes" - to which she replied, "Yes that is true."


Vicki then fired back after a follower told her that her "ego far outreaches your popularity"

Vicki clapped back, "it's called being confident and knowing my worth! You should try it."


Vicki also shut down rumors that Andy Cohen demoted her last season after she allegedly wanted a pay increase. "Sorry girl,  but your information is far from the truth," she tweeted. "Andy doesn't negotiate our salaries."


Vicki concluded by slamming after agreeing with a fan that Cohen did not have her back during the Season 14 reunion. "No HE didn't," she tweeted. "Very telling to say the least. Shouldn't have stayed as long as I did."

After one user wrote that she must have been fired due to her behavior at the reunion, Gunvalson said, "There is a lot you didn’t see, and my producers and I are very close. However, after being lied to and manipulated I lost my “s–t”. Always 2 sides to every story."

Vicki announced that she would not be returning for season 15 of The Real Housewives of Orange County on Friday, January 24. Gunvalson told Us Weekly that she and Bravo were “unequally aligned,” which led to her departure.

"I will always be the OG of the OC, but it’s time to say goodbye to The Real Housewives of Orange County,” she wrote via Instagram. "It’s been an incredible ride for 14 years and I want thank all of you for your support, for your love and for ‘whooping it up’ with me along the way."
