That's 876,000 hours worth of watching that SA did combined over the festive season. According to the data via Channel 24, the busiest day on the streaming service was on December 29 with views peaking daily at around 18:00.
"More people than ever before got on the streaming bandwagon, and those who were watching streamed more than usual. The net effect was a 30% increase in viewing hours compared to the average seen in prior months," Showmax announced in an official statement.
