Tanya Bardsley’s Husband Phil Bardsley Explains Why He Doesn’t Like To Make Appearances On RHOCheshire; Says “It Isn’t My Scene”

Tanya Bardsley's husband, Phil Bardsley, who is a successful footballer explains why he doesn't like to make appearances with his wife on The Real Housewives of Cheshire.

“My missus gets ­recognised a lot more than I do,” he told the Mirror. “But that means I can just enjoy having a drink while she deals with all the attention.”

“Tanya has done great off the back of the show and I’m proud of what she’s doing. They’re ­always pressing me to get ­involved, but it isn’t my scene.”

Tanya joined the ITVBe hit reality series in 2015 when the series premiered along with Ampika Pickston, Dawn Ward, Lauren Simon, Leanne Brown, and Magali Gorré.

Tanya and Dawn are the only two original cast members left in the series. They are set to return for the show's upcoming eleventh season when the show premieres later this year.
