Andy Cohen Insists Bravo Hasn’t Started Filming Season 15 Of RHOC Amid Cast Shakeup Rumors; Says “We Haven’t Started Filming. We Haven’t Picked Anyone Up”

Andy Cohen insists that the rumors about the casting news for the upcoming fifteenth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County are simply that - rumors. Rumors began on social media after Tamra Judge hinted her return to the show while Vick Guncalson sparked rumors about retiring from the series.

Fans believed that filming had begun when Judge shared a group of cameramen via her Instagram Stories where she, husband Eddie Judge and son, Ryan Vieth were in attendance of a Monster Energy Supercross event in Anaheim, California over the weekend.

After a fan reached out to Cohen and asked him to address the latest casting rumors of RHOC, he responded:

“Until it's confirmed by Bravo, it ain't confirmed.”

Andy added: “We haven't started filming. We haven't picked anyone up. You need to be comfortable with the idea that it wasn't our crew.”

Last week, Cohen shut down Radar Online's report about the lineup for the upcoming fifteenth season of RHOC. The Real Housewives executive producer and the host of Watch What Happens with Andy Cohen addressed the topic on social media.

A fan reached out to Cohen after Radar reported that contracts were sent to the ladies and everyone was returning with the exception of Gina Kirschenheiter as her future was uncertain as well as the Vicki Gunvalson, who was reportedly offered a "friend" role once again for Season 15.

But Cohen denied the outlet's claim, tweeting, “Why us anyone believing Radar Online? No contracts have gone out.”

After another fan asked Cohen if there was any truth to the casting news reported by the outlet, Andy simply replied, “Nope.”

On January 12 report from Radar Online, the outlet's sources claimed that Gunvalson was going to continue to be a “friend” again if she chooses to accept her offer, the source claimed.

“Vicki hasn’t decided yet if she will accept a friend role again,” the insider said. “She has time to accept or decline the offer from Bravo bigwigs.”

“Confirmed and picked up for the RHOC cast for next season are Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Emily Simpson, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, and Kelly Dodd,” the source shared about the letters that were sent to the ladies on Thursday and Friday.

Apparently, Tamra came close to getting fired, according to the insider, and barely got an offer. Tamra's new contract “was sent after everyone else's.”

According to the insider, “Tamra was about to be fired. But in the end she wasn’t
-- and was offered a contract for next season.”

Meanwhile, Gina Kirschenheiter's fate is still up in the air. “Gina could get something last hour but she wasn’t sent a pickup with the rest of the ladies,” the insider disclosed.

The news comes after Andy Cohen shared last month on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live about the possibility of shaking up the cast of The Real Housewives of Orange County for the show's upcoming fifteenth season.

“The casting for next season is some of the best casting we’ve had,” Cohen said, adding that he “[has] not been this excited about casting” in a long time, according to PEOPLE.

When asked by Lewis who would be getting axed, Cohen wouldn’t say, but he did stress that he thought Braunwyn Windham-Burke was “a great” addition.

“She’s got a lot going on,” Cohen said, nothing Windham-Burke’s seven children, her eccentric mother, and her and her husband’s sex-pad. “You’ve got Dr. Deb, you’ve got the kids, you’ve got the other apartment …”

“Unfortunately, you’re going to have to get rid of one of the Tres Amigas and break it up,” Jeff told Andy. “You got to keep Kelly Dodd though. I mean she’s just a wild card and I love her. And I would give Braunwyn another season. I like her.”

Cohen assured that fans will be happy with the outcome. “No matter how it shakes out, it’s going to be great because we have great casting. It’s hard to make moves when you don’t have a bench, both on the show and casting wise,” Cohen said.
