Krissy Marsh has finally sold her luxurious Double Bay apartment after its first sale fell through. The Real Housewives of Sydney star managed to secure a buyer for the property, which has been on the market for almost one year, after the price guide was reduced to $3.8million, according to the Daily Mail.
The home was relisted last month after a buyer from Hong Kong reportedly paid a 5 percent deposit in June, but withdrew from the purchase before the final settlement date.
Krissy had reportedly purchased the property for $3.5 million in 2015 when her family were based in China and it had been leased for $2850-a-week before it went under contract.
She had previously slashed $700,000 off the original asking price of $5 million and listed the home for more than six months before finding a buyer.
The mother-of-three had previously lived in the property while filming the first season of the Foxtel hit reality series.
The Double Bay apartment offers plenty of room with three bedrooms - two of them complete with generous en suite bathrooms and private balconies. The apartment comes with a formal lounge and dining area, as well as a separate media room.
There is also a separate family room and full-width terrace on the property. The lavish home has a mix of floorboards and carpeting, along with features such as grid windows.
The listing of the property came after news that the Real Housewives of Sydney wasn't renewed for a second season.
