Candiace Dillard Opens Up About Drama And Physical Altercation With Monique Samuels, Candiace Is Considering Filing Civil Lawsuit And Wants Monique To Apologize!

Candiace Dillard and her lawyer James Walker recently made an appearance on Atlanta radio station V-103 “The Morning Culture,” where they discussed Candiace’s physical altercation with Monique Samuels. According to the Real Housewives of Potomac star, there has been a lot of “misinformation” going around.

Dillard's lawyer broke down what they claimed happened and they even revealed that Candiace is considering filing a civil suit against Samuels, according to Urban Belle.

When the radio host, Frank Ski asked Dillard what lead to her and Samuels fight, she said: “But I will ask you this question. You have children, yes? So when your children were young and wanted attention, what did they do?”

Frank answers, “Act out.”

Then Candiace says, “That’s what I’ll say. Some people like to act out for attention.”

When asked who pulled who's hair, Candiace says, “What do you think? You spoke on my resume, you spoke on who I am and you see I am. What Frank Ski do you think? What do you think?” She says that her mother taught her “home training.” She added, “I was attacked. I did not attack. I was attacked.”

Candiace then says she can’t believe how things played out. She believes that RHOP represents the “elite of black royalty.” And it goes against her “morals and values.”

Dillard's lawyer James Walker then steps in and says, “You can’t assault someone. In America, we have laws called assault and battery. You can’t just assault somebody. So during a taping, if you decide to reach across the table and grab Frank Ski and pull him across and slam him down and the five people in this room have to get me off you, that’s assault and battery. And you can’t just do that. So that’s what we have here.”

When the radio host brings up the fact that many people believe Candiace has also displayed violent behavior on the show, her attorney says that viewers only see the “edits” made by producers and they don’t get to see the “full context” of Candiace’s character, according to Urban Belle.

Candiace is considering filing a civil suit against Samuels. Apparently, they are waiting for Bravo to release the footage. They also think Monique should apologize.

As previously reported, Samuels had been charged with second-degree assault following an alleged incident with Dillard. The former beauty queen filed a complaint on Nov. 7, and days later, Samuels reportedly filed counter-charges against her RHOP co-star.
