Vicki Gunvalson Says She Won’t Return To RHOC Unless She’s A Full-Time Cast Member!

Vicki Gunvalson was reduced to as a “friend” on the current season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, after 13 previous seasons on the Bravo hit reality show. The OG of the OC revealed at BravoCon that she will only return to the series next season if she's a full-time cast member.

“I’m never coming back reduced again,” Gunvalson said, while on a panel at the network’s first-ever fan convention with fellow “OG” Housewives Kyle Richards (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Teresa Giudice (Real Housewives of New Jersey) and Luann de Lesseps (Real Housewives of New York City), according to PEOPLE.

She went on to explain that she had “signed the reduced role contract in January,” something she called, “one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.”

Later, when a fan asked the OG Housewives how they know if its time to walk away, Gunvalson said that she had just been discussing that backstage with Richards.

“As long as we’re having fun still,” Richards said, stressing, “I know there’s a lot of drama and a lot of conflict, but it’s also a lot of fun.”

In a separate interview, Gunvalson opened up more about the topic. “First of all, when they told me I was going to have a reduced role, I said, 'I'm never a Friend. I started this franchise. I'm never going to be a Friend.' They said, 'We'll never use those words.' And they've been using those words," Gunvalson told Entertainment Tonight. “I will never come back part time. I'm either all in or all out. I'm not a part time girl.”

“I run a big insurance company and I'm having my best year ever with that. What gives me more peace, you know, I love Bravo and I love my journey here, but they're not ever going to do this to me again, because I don't deserve that,” she added.

Vicki also teases that she "might have had to bring out a can of whoop-a**” at the reunion.

“Kelly [Dodd] and I started off really not good. You'll have to see what happens,” Gunvalson said. “And the new girl, she needs to stay in her lane.”

Andy Cohen hinted Gunvalson might have delivered the "meltdown to end all meltdowns" at the upcoming reunion. “Well, I didn't know they were filming it. Actually, they escorted me off the couch a little early, and I was not told that. So, you'll see my reaction," Gunvalson told ET. “I'm not no frickin' Friend, let's just put it that way.”
