"Their marriage to me completely looks broken and that’s okay," she said according to PEOPLE during her appearance at the Bravo All Stars: OG Housewives Edition panel at BravoCon 2019 in New York City on Friday, November 15. "S— happens."
"It had to be a very difficult moment for her, and I commend her on that," Manzo continued. "It made me very, very sad because I like them together. There’s so much you guys don’t see in a relationship that I saw and I, to this very second, hope he’s able to get back home to his four girls."
Manzo said she hasn’t seen Teresa in six years. And despite their ongoing feud, Manzo says she would say hello to her former co-star if she ran into her.
"I would say hello to her if I saw her. If I saw her tomorrow, and it’s face to face, you just say hello to each other,” Manzo said. “It’s just human decency."
Meanwhile, in a separate interview with Entertainment Tonight, Manzo reacts to Teresa's "rat" comment.
If you recall, Teresa implied during her and Joe's WWHL tell-all interview that Manzo might have acted as an informant in relation to the government's investigation and the couple's subsequent prison sentences.
"You're sitting there and it's funny because I wasn't watching and my phone just went crazy and I was like, 'Why is my phone going crazy?'" Caroline recalls how she found out about Teresa's accusation. "And then Andy said, 'Well, maybe you want to watch.' And so I watched it over and, what do I say to that? There's nothing I can say to that because you can't argue with crazy. You can't argue with stupid."
"You can't argue with that, so you just let it be," she told ET. "If you need that to get you through your day, God bless. What am I going to say? There's nothing I can say to that."
Teresa's suggestion came after Andy Cohen showed her and Joe an old clip from RHONJ, in which Caroline predicted Joe’s imprisonment and Teresa and Joe's possible split.
"I'm not the only one," Caroline stressed about the prediction. "Come on! It wasn't too hard to predict. I'd be making money on it. I'd be playing the lottery otherwise. It wasn't too hard to predict."
