Judge Denies Evelyn Lozada’s Restraining Order Request Against Ogom “OG”Chijindu, Jennifer Williams Weighs In And Calls Out Evelyn!

A Judge has denied the restraining order that Evelyn Lozada filed against her Basketball Wives co-star Ogom "OG" Chijindu. According to TMZ, the judge felt that the matter is more appropriately handled through the lawsuit Lozada already filed.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Williams took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the reunion drama and called out Evelyn over her beef with OG.

If you recall, OG was asked to film the reunion in a separate location away from the rest of the ladies.

“The 2 stage thing is ridiculous for an ensemble cast of women.. People work with people they don’t like every day! #GrowUp”

Jennifer also called out Lozada for hiring her lawyer in legal drama with OG. “Funny how I get accused of playing victim & being lawyered up but you go out & retain my lawyer of 10 years to file a frivolous case…,” she tweeted.

“If I don’t rock with you, I’m not even using your nail person or anybody associated with you…

She added: “And for the record, I have always owned how I stay lawyered up. Too old to be fighting I guess I should be flattered tho..”

The news comes after Evelyn Lozada filed documents in Los Angeles Court against her Basketball Wives co-star Ogom “OG” Chijindu, accusing OG of harassing behavior and wanted a judge to order her to stay away, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Apparently, Lozada was being advised to take out a restraining order against OG, following her co-star’s alleged reunion show meltdown.

Sources close to Lozada told The Blast that she's concerned about OG’s "mental state". People close to Lozada have been advising her to take out a restraining order against OG.

Earlier this week, Lozada filed a lawsuit against OG for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

On September 11, 2019, Lozada says Chijindu reposted her Instagram story captioned, “WOW, SO NOW BLACK WOMEN ARE MONKEYS? EVERYONE BOYCOTT THIS TRASHBOX YOU ARE DISGUSTING.”

She also posted, “AND THERE IT IS.. YOU SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS YOU RACIST BIGOT”

Lozada said, “This entire defamatory statement is false as stated” by OG. She claims her co-star even her statements were false when she said them.

Lozada revealed she is of Hispanic descent and her 2 children are of African and Hispanic descent. She also is the chairperson of the Evelyn Lozada Foundation which raises money for domestic violence victims.

Lozada claims she has, “sustained serious financial harm through loss of income as well as serious and permanent injuries.”

She is suing OG for unspecified damages. The lawsuit was filed by powerhouse attorney, Corey Boddie.
