Gina Kirschenheiter’s Ex-Husband Matt Wants To Grill Her Over Domestic Violence Allegations In Divorce Deposition!

Gina Kirschenheiter’s ex-husband Matt wants to grill the Real Housewives of Orange County star over her domestic violence allegations. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Matthew Kirschenheiter is asking a judge to order Gina to sit for a deposition.

The father-of-three is also demanding she turn over financial documents, including her “RHOC” salary information.

Matt says Gina has refused to sit for a deposition in their divorce battle. The two are set to face off in court in January. He wants to depose her prior to the hearing to build his case.

The two will be battling over custody, child support and the restraining order taken out by Gina against Matt, according to The Blast. Matt claims the Bravo reality star said she will only discuss financial matters and not the domestic violence or other issues.

Matt wants the judge to sanction the mother of his three children to the tune of $5,444.71 for refusing to sit for a deposition
