"Lisa, Logan and myself want to welcome our baby girl Elle to the Hochstein family," the Miami plastic surgeon wrote, sharing the same photos that his wife added to her post about the happy news.
The former Bravo reality star also shared a photo holding her daughter.
Lisa and Lenny are also parents to son Logan, 4, who they welcomed via surrogate in 2015. Lisa has been open about her fertility struggles since her first appeared in the second and third season of the now cancelled Bravo hit reality series, The Real Housewives of Miami.
Lisa previously opened up about motherhood. "I feel like my life has much more purpose and meaning. I'm more focused, and strive to be better at everything every day for him. Things that mattered before seem so silly now. He's such a happy and pleasant baby. He was worth the wait," Lisa told Bravo's The Daily Dish in May 2016. "I'm much more calm, better organized, for starters. I'm much more carefree and relaxed when it comes to my appearance or anything to do with me. It's refreshing how motherhood changes someone. It's all about Logan now. I'm a better person all around."
