Kenya Moore’s Husband Marc Daly Addresses $100k Tax Lien!

Kenya Moore’s husband Marc Daly was hit with a whopping $100,000 federal tax lien. According to Radar Online via The New York City Department of Finance, a $111,205 federal tax lien was imposed on the Real Housewives of Atlanta husband on May 23, 2019.

The Department of Finance confirmed that as of August 29 the lien was still outstanding.

After news broke of Moore's husband getting hit with a tax lien, Daly addressed the topic on his restaurant Soco Brooklyn’s Instagram page.

“There was some unfortunate reporting today which was published before we had a chance to correct the record,” the post stated. “The full story is there had been a $100,000 tax assessment based on incorrect information. We diligently addressed the issues through our accountants who advised that a good portion of the matter is already resolved, a full resolution will come soon, and instead of having a liability Mr Daly. will will actually be receiving a refund. Thank you all for your concern. Misinformation travels so fast!”

“Mr Daly will have no further comment on this matter,” the post concluded and was signed off by Avram Solomon Turkel, Esq.

Moore and husband Marc Daly tied the knot in “a romantic” and intimate St. Lucia ceremony in June 2017, and immediately got to work at starting a family.

They eventually turned to in vitro fertilization for help, Moore announced that she was pregnant with her first child back in March while taping the RHOA season 10 reunion.

Kenya Moore gave birth at the age of 47 to daughter Brooklyn Doris Daly at 9:39 a.m. ET on Sunday, November 4 the same day as the Season 11 premiere of RHOA.

Moore is returning to the Bravo hit reality series for Season 12 after skipping out last season to focus on her high-risk pregnancy.
