Eva Marcille's Ex-Boyfriend Kevin McCall Charged For Domestic Violence!

Kevin McCall, the ex-boyfriend of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Eva Marcille has been officially charged over his domestic violence arrest. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, McCall is charged with domestic violence listed as ‘Inflict Corporal Injury to Spouse or Cohabitant’.

McCall may be facing up to one year in jail. A hearing was scheduled for August but it appears McCall did not appear. The court records reveal a bench warrant was held and the hearing was rescheduled for next month.

Back in April, McCall was arrested for domestic violence on in Los Angeles. According to Page Six, McCall was booked on one felony count of injuring a spouse or cohabitant. McCall was released a day after his arrest after paying bond.

The next day after his release from jail, McCall took to Instagram to share an inspirational quote via Instagram. “If you have a dream and a Good heart don’t let this world steal your Joy, Keep fighting for what you love and most off [sic] all what you believe in,” he said in part. “Be kind and gentle to others and try your best not to always feel entitled to it being reciprocated back everytime, just enjoy loving people geniunely [sic] and you’ll always find a way to do that unique and special thing that God put you on this Earth/Plane to do for us all ❤️ Love peace and blue magic Hair Grease ;-).”

Marcille has claimed on the Real Housewives of Atlanta that she lives in “multiple places” to hide from McCall. “I still feel a sense of a threat. I have had to move five times, and I still feel a sense of uneasiness. He’s just so petty sometimes. I’ve walked outside my balcony before and he’s been standing in the dark. And it’s the scariest feeling ever.”
