Dorit Kemsley’s Husband PK Wants To Block Her From Testifying In His $1.2 Million Lawsuit For Unpaid Loan!

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dorit Kemsley’s husband Paul "PK" Kemsley is back in court, over his $1.2 million debt. Apparently, PK is attempting to block his Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wife from testifying and having her finances examined.

If you Nicos Kirzis is suing PK over a $1.2 million loan he lend him back in 2011. But according to documents, Kemsley claims he doesn’t owe Kirzis anything because the debt was wiped clean in a UK bankruptcy.

Paul says Kirzis loaned him the $1.2 million back in 2011. He would file for bankruptcy five months later and listed the loans. He claims to have the money he owed discharged in his case.

Kemsley takes issue with Kirzis taking the lawsuit first in New York and now California in order to collect the money. PK is adamant the case should be thrown out of court.

He points out the court has ordered Dorit to appear in court on September 4, along with having her bank account frozen in the case. Kemsley is pleading for Dorit’s court appearances to be pushed back, until a judge determines if the debt was actually discharged. If the judge agrees with him, then there will be no need for her finances to be examined, reports The Blast.

As previously reported, PK owes $1.2 million to a man named Nicos Kirzis who loaned him money back in 2011. He is accusing Kemsley of not paying a dime for years and PK even tried to wipe the debt clean in a bankruptcy.

Kirzis said Kemsley recently made a payment of $250,000 but that only covered the interest that racked up for years, leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.

The creditor explains he recently garnished PK’s City National Bank account that he shares with his wife Dorit for $29,634.10.

As for Dorit, she recently tried to stop the $30k from being garnished claiming the money is her separate money. Meanwhile, Kirzis claims she gave no supporting evidence to back up her claim.

He argues that under California law, any of Dorit’s money is PK’s money because they are married. The judge set the hearing and Dorit and PK will have to appear in court later this month, reports The Blast.
