Dorit Kemsley In Danger Of Having More Money Seized In Her Husband PK’s Ongoing $1.2 Million Lawsuit!

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley is being dragged back into court over her husband Paul "PK" Kemsley's legal battle over an unpaid loan.

According to new court documents,  Nicos Kirzis claims he learned during Dorit's deposition about another bank account. The account is in her name but he believes PK deposits his money in the account.

Kirzis writes, “The evidence here is that Mr. Kemsley had his income deposited into Mrs. Kemsley’s account. Mr. and Mrs. Kemsley have made no effort to rebut the presumption that the assets in the account are attributable to that deposit and have presented no evidence to trace the funds in the account to conclusively prove that they are attributable only to Mrs. Kemsley's separate income.”

Kirzis claims PK admitted “he directed deposits of his income” into Dorit’s account “to avoid the judgment.” Kirzis is asking the judge to order Dorit to turn over the money in the account immediately. A judge has yet to rule.

As previously reported, PK owes $1.2 million to Nicos Kirzis who loaned him money back in 2011. He is accusing Kemsley of not paying a dime for years and PK even tried to wipe the debt clean in a bankruptcy.

Kirzis said Kemsley recently made a payment of $250,000 but that only covered the interest that racked up for years, leaving a remaining balance still of $1,235,573.66.

The creditor explains he recently garnished PK’s City National Bank account that he shares with his wife Dorit for $29,634.10, reports The Blast.
