A lien on the former Real Housewives of Orange County star's home will be auctioned off on August 26. The auction will go down at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Anaheim in Orange County.
According to the outlet, anyone is allowed to attend and place a bid on Rossi's property. The documents note the unpaid balance owed on the mortgage by Rossi totals $431,529.79.

Back in April, Quality Loan Service Corporation put Rossi on notice that she was in default on her home mortgage.

The company notified Rossi they would foreclose on the property and sell it at a public auction if she didn't pay. Quality Loan accused the former Bravo reality star of being behind $25,894.91 on her condo, where her and fiancé Slade Smiley live. They told Rossi they would set an auction date within 90 days, if she didn’t settle the debt.
