Dorit Kemsley And Husband PK Did Not Purchase New $6 Million Mansion, They Are Renting It!

Multiple sources claimed that Dorit and Paul "PK" Kemsley recently purchased a $6 million mansion. However, The Real Housewife of the Westside podcast on Patreon revealed during their August 19 episode that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple didn't purchase their new luxurious home, but instead are renting it.

The huge home in Encino, a pricey city in the Valley and NOT in Beverly Hills, that Dorit and PK moved into has a “better location than Kyle Richards’ house,” The Real Housewife of the Westside podcast revealed.

The Real Housewife of the Westside podcast confirmed the address of Dorit and PK’s new house and reported that the home is owned by a wealthy Los Angeles person who also owns three other properties on the same street. Variety reported it is brand-new and is a luxurious modern farmhouse style. But they are only renting and not buying, the podcast claimed, according to Radar Online.

Dorit and PK’s new rental mansion is in the hills of Encino, a more desirable location than Kyle Richards. “You can probably hear traffic at Kyle’s house,” the podcast quipped about Richards’ own home.

According to the podcast, the wealthy individual is listed on court records as the owner of the home, not Dorit and PK, who are only renting the house.

Variety previously reported that the all-white house features a partially brick front facade, plus a three-car garage and a pool/spa combo out back. The spec-built abode — which replaced a much humbler midcentury modern residence — is done up in the trendy “modern farmhouse” style, with an open-concept floorplan. Although its actual square footage and various interior features remain a mystery.

The fully gated and camera-secured mini-estate sits on a .36-acre lot with San Fernando Valley basin views, and lies a conveniently quick jog to the $8.2 million Encino estate of fellow “Real Housewife” Kyle Richards and her high-end realtor husband Mauricio Umansky.
