RHOC Season 14 To Include Aftermath Of Gina Kirschenheiter' Domestic Violence Allegations!

According to a new report, the upcoming fourteenth season of The Real Housewives of Orange County will include the aftermath of Gina Kirschenheiter's domestic violence allegations against estranged husband Matt.

“Filming wrapped prior to this happening and, when it did, Gina and Matt were reconciling,” a source close to production told Radar Online. “But since this is a part of her life now, it must be covered. They are currently scheduling reshoots so that they can get this all into the upcoming season 14.”

However, the insider revealed to Radar that filming will have to wait a couple of weeks, as Gina and her three children are currently on the east coast with her family.

“After this happened, Gina took the kids to spend time with her mom and dad in New York,” the source told Radar Online, adding that she is ready to talk about what happened.

“Gina knows that it would be impossible not to include this as part of her storyline because it is such big news.”

The source said the scenes will most likely air toward the end of the season, perhaps on the finale.

According to another source, Gina was "hopeful" about fixing her marriage, but a source close to the estranged couple claims that she is done for good.

“Gina was extremely hopeful to work things out with Matt. They were giving their marriage a real, hard try, and things were really great until the fight happened,” the insider told HollywoodLife.

“Just as of recent, Gina was telling friends how great things were between she and Matt,” the production source says. “Gina acknowledged that her situation was tough. But, they put in so much work to try and unite their family again.”

Following the incident, “Things turned very, very quickly,” the insider says. Now, “Gina is solely focusing on the kids, and there is no chance for a reconciliation again at this point. She gave it a fair shake and she’s done for good and the divorce will be moving forward. She’s devastated. It’s sad because she has been so happy lately,” the source explains.

The news comes after Gina filed a restraining order against her estranged husband, Matthew Kirschenheiter on Monday, June 24. Two days earlier, the businessman was arrested in the O.C., according to jail records. The Blast reported that Matt was arrested on suspicions relating to domestic violence. He was released on Sunday, June 23, at 1 a.m. His bail was $0.

Gina and Matt have three children together: Nicholas (7) Sienna (5), and Luca (3).
