Ramona Singer Sells Her Upper East Side Home For $4 Million!

According to property records courtesy via Page Six, Ramona Singer has sold her Upper East Side home. The Real Housewives of New York City star who called the property her home for more than 20 years sold the nearly 2,500-square-foot apartment, located on East 80th Street for $4.025 million.

Singer initially listed the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo in 2018 for $4.995 before renovating it and putting it back on the market for $4.5 million this spring. The pad is located on the 16th floor of a full-service doorman building.

On Thursday night’s pre-taped “Real Housewives” reunion, Singer said she was close to finalizing a deal to sell her apartment. Property records show the deed was filed and recorded on Wednesday of this week.
