Is Lisa Vanderpump Opening A New Restaurant In West Hollywood?

According to new sources, Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd may be opening a new restaurant in the L.A. area. “Lisa’s hubby, Ken, was seen last week at 8755 Melrose near Robertson Boulevard. It’s around the corner from SUR,” an insider told Page Six.

“It looked like he was with a broker and an assistant. The vacant restaurant had a ‘leased’ sign on it a few days later.”

The source added: “A new addition to their current holdings wouldn’t surprise me at all,” because Lisa and Ken are always on the hunt for the next “hot spot.”

Meanwhile, another source tells Us Weekly that “Lisa and Ken have owned over 35 establishments in over three decades, with more hot establishments in London than you could shake a stick at.”

Though the wealthy pair sold off many of their international eateries years ago, acquiring another space in West Hollywood seems like a plausible business move for the duo. Added the source: “This would not surprise me at all,” according to Us Weekly.

Lisa and Ken are no strangers to the restaurant business. In Los Angeles, they own Villa Blanca, SUR, PUMP plus Tom Tom with their Vanderpump Rules co-stars Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz. Earlier this year, LVP opened Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Vegas.
