Dina Manzo Is Selling Her San Juan Capistrano Home For $3.495 Million!

Dina Manzo and her husband David Cantin are selling their modern farmhouse in San Juan Capistrano for $3.495 million. The 4,408-square-foot, five-bedroom home is set at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Oaks Farms, an upscale equestrian community of 32 semi-custom homes, reports The Orange County Register.

The gated home, which was completed in 2018, includes with high-end appliances and fixtures, built-ins, decorative tiled surfaces and wood floors with Carrara marble borders. It boasts an open floor plan that seamlessly connects indoors and out.

Stacked accordion sliders open to a large courtyard and covered patio with an outdoor fireplace. The outlet reports that the rear of the property features a pool and spa and a full outdoor kitchen, with countertop seating and a flatscreen TV. It overlooks the nearby horse stables.

Sean Stanfield and Patrick Loyd of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.

The couple bought their San Juan Capistrano home in April 2018 for $2.3 million, with Manzo using her birth name Claudine J. Cantin, property records show, according to The Orange County Register.
