Tamra Judge Reacts To Lisa Vanderpump’s Departure From The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge shares her thoughts on Lisa Vanderpump skipping out the Season 9 reunion taping of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as well as quitting the Bravo hit reality show after nine seasons.

"We have the same production company," Judge told Entertainment Tonight. "So, I was texting with one of the executive producers and saying, 'Is she gonna show up? And he said, 'It doesn't look like it,' and I'm like, 'Please, just give me her number.' Like, I just want to call her and say, for what it's worth, just go. Even if you want to quit the show, say your piece. If you felt you were wrong, apologize. And I feel like if she did go, I feel like it would have resolved everything."

"But I've been where she's at, and I've not wanted to go, and I've sat on my couch and gone, 'I'm not going' and then ended up going," Tamra admits.

"I think she's had a lot going on the last couple years, and at some point, you're done," Heather Dubrow chimes in. "For whatever her reasons, she's got another really successful show, [Vanderpump Rules], people still get a part of her life, and still get a piece of the fabulousness that is Lisa Vanderpump."

She added: "The difference between me and Lisa is I need the check," Tamra says, with a laugh. "And if you don't go [to the reunion], you don’t get paid."

Earlier this month, LVP announced that she was leaving RHOBH after nine seasons. When the publication asked her if she was returning to RHOBH next season, she replied: "I think they've made it pretty impossible for me to go back frankly," she admitted to DailyMailTV.  "So ... no."

LVP has been hinting for many months that she was quitting the Bravo hit reality series. "After 380 episodes sometimes you have got to say - okay enough," she told DailyMailTV back in May.

She also admitted that she remains emotionally 'hurt' by her fall outs with co-stars. LVP claims the that the stress of Puppygate drama had not left her "in a good place mentally."

"Unfortunately this season in Housewives it just became too much for me, where I was in my life at the time, personal things I was dealing with I did not cope so well," she revealed.

LVP explained how her drama on the Bravo hit reality series were not emotionally "fake" and "have never been more real," she said.

"I think if it was scripted it would not hurt so much. Unfortunately when I was filming last year I was not in a good place myself mentally. So I was not as ready to take on maybe what Housewives entailed. I just floundered."

"I opened Tom Tom, I brought that to fruition, I was working hard on this. We were working hard with our philanthropy with our dogs. We are opening a sanctuary in China. We had a lot of things going on."

"I lost my only sibling, I was doing Vanderpump Rules - I am an EP on that. There was a lot going on. And all this stuff I think it was unfair. And it kept coming at me. It just became too much really," she continued. "After 380 episodes sometimes you have got to say okay enough."

"I am not a housewife that created a business... and to me when I signed up to Housewives it was a lot of fun," she told DailyMailTV at that time.

She added: "Being a restaurateur, business woman and philanthropist is paramount to me. So I will continue to do that after Housewives because that is what I do."
