Pippen originally filed a lawsuit in 2018 against Lindsay Glazer and her husband Jacob Woloshin seeking more than $109,000 for damages done to his Fort Lauderdale home, according to Radar Online.
The couple reportedly had rented Pippen’s estate after their home was damaged by Hurricane Irma in 2017.
Apparently, Pippen amended the lawsuit earlier this month to include the 5-year-old child.
Pippen claims that Glazer and Woloshin are a “failure as parents” for allowing the girl to “deface certain elements of the property with markers, crayons, and/or cause damage of similar nature,” states court documents.
Pippen has alleged in the that cabinets and drawers were destroyed and animals were allowed to urinate on “anything they chose” in his home, according to Radar Online.
Meanwhile, Glazer and Woloshin’s attorney says his clients are aware of some home damage but nothing close to what the former NBA star says happened.
The Pippens were married in Chicago in 1997 and have four children: daughter Sophia, and sons Scotty Jr., Justin and Preston.
