“I can’t get into too much detail, but I’d love to do the show if they really wanted me to do the show. But right now we’re just sitting here, waiting, and I’ll let you guys know,” said Deidre, according to Page Six.
As for Anthony, he said Deidre would “have a lot of fun on the show,” but worries people would resent her because of his Trump ties: “I hope the Cheeto stains on my hands are not on your hands.”
The news comes after Page Six reported that Anthony Scaramucci’s wife, Deidre Ball is in talks to join the cast of the Bravo hit reality series' upcoming twelfth season. “Scaramucci’s wife is doing the ‘Housewives.’ They’ve been wanting new blood and have been striking out with new cast members,” a source revealed.
“She’s been meeting with Bravo.” Another insider added of Deidre: “It’s reality-TV gold. I’d love to have her on.”
The Mooch apparently fully supports his wife to join the show - if she makes the “Housewives” cut.
The publication claims that Bravo is considering doing a larger potential shake-up. Tinsley Mortimer is reportedly on the chopping block. “No one knows her and it’s like starting all over every season . . . How many seasons can they sit around talking about her dating or not dating [sometimes-boyfriend] Scott [Kluth]?”
The publication claims that Barbara Kavovit and Luann de Lesseps are also in danger. “She’s out. She didn’t become a part of the ensemble,” the insider said of Kavovit.
As for de Lesseps, the source told Page Six, “She wants to double her salary, but . . . her storyline is getting old.” And “she does think she’s more. She has that cabaret [act].”
