Navia was in the car with her daughter when they collided with a cyclist in Wilmslow.
"Perla was involved in an accident near her home in Cheshire this afternoon," a source told The Sun. "A cyclist was knocked over outside a branch of Waitrose by a car she was in and it led to an ambulance being called to the scene."
After they called 999 for the woman who had been hit, they waited with her until the paramedics arrived.
They later rung the hospital to see how she was - though it is still unclear who was driving the car when the accident took place, according to the publication.
Perla, who was born in Colombia first joined the ITVBe hit reality series during the show's eighth season. During her time on the show, she has been seen feuding with original cast member Dawn Ward.
