Jacqueline And Chris Laurita Drop New Jersey Mansion Listing Price By $100K!

Jacqueline and Chris Laurita have reduced the listing price on their New Jersey mansion by $100,000, according to its Zillow listing. The property, which was featured on The Real Housewives of New Jersey is now listed at $1.85 million.

The home has been on and off the market since 2014 and is the subject of ongoing foreclosure litigation. Its current asking price is $1 million less that what they originally listed the home for.

Chris Laurita purchased the home in 2001 for slightly more than $1.7 million, according to property records via nj,com.

Last month, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom house was listed for $1.95 million, according to NorthJersey.com. The property includes a two-story foyer, library and a wet bar, according to the listing. The master suite has two walk-in closets, a jacuzzi tub and a shower. The basement comes complete with a play room, wine cellar/card room, office and full bathroom.

This is the third time the home has been up for sale and the listing price for the home has decreased. In January 2014, the mansion was put up for sale at $2.85 million and in August 2017, it was listed at just under $2.3 million.

Bravotv.com reports that Bergen County mansion, which was built in 2001 and renovated just a few years ago sits on 1.75 acres.
