“Talking, communicating,” Medley told PEOPLE Now. “Keeping an open dialogue, understanding the bigger picture, which is one of the problems I was having with Luann.”
“Sometimes you just vent, and say things you don’t want to say. And then you go, Oh my God, I am so sorry, I wasn’t thinking straight,” said Ramona.
“And then you get a little closer,” said Medley.
As viewers have noticed, Medley has been feuding with Luann de Lesseps throughout the current season of RHONY. “We all make mistakes,” she continued. “We’re all not perfect.”
Dorinda and Ramona also tease about their upcoming Miami trip and they feel like de Lesseps was "lacking of self-awareness." Medley confirmed to PEOPLE Now that she "is in a great place" with the former Countess despite their ongoing feud on the current season of RHONY.
