Arrest Warrant Issued For Gina Kirschenheiter For Skipping Court Date; Insider Reveals Her Lawyer Filed A Motion But Made An Error When Filing — Gina Is No Longer Listed As A “Fugitive”

On Thursday, an Orange County Superior Court judge issued an arrest warrant for Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter for failing to appear in court for a hearing related to her DUI arrest.

Gina was listed in the system as a “fugitive,” but a representative for the mother-of-three confirmed on Friday that the warrant has since been recalled, according to PEOPLE.

According to a source familiar with the situation, Kirschenheiter’s lawyer had filed a motion to move her court date to May, but made an error when filing — unbeknownst to Kirschenheiter.

“On the advice of her attorney, Gina was told not to appear in court,” the insider said, explaining that Kirschenheiter’s attorney fixed things on Friday morning. “Her attorney went to court at 8 a.m. to rectify the bureaucratic misfiling of her papers that had pushed the court date into May. It’s been resolved.”

Meanwhile, Page Six reveals that Gina is completely in the clear for the rest of the month and is set to appear before a judge on April 16 and has retained new counsel.
