Shannon Beador Dismissed From Jim Bellino’s $1 Million Lawsuit!

Shannon Beador is “completely relieved” to be dismissed from Jim Bellino's $1 million defamation lawsuit. “This lawsuit was such a waste of time. His claims against her were complete b***s**t. He is such a vile man,” the source close to The Real Housewives of Orange County star told Radar Online.

If you recall, Jim filed the lawsuit against Beador and her co-star Tamra Judge, claiming that the Bravo reality stars made inappropriate remarks about him and then wife Alexis Bellino, which were damaging to him and his company Jump Management Co., LLC.

“The Court further finds that Plaintiffs have not established a probability of prevailing against Ms. Beador on their Second Cause of Action for Defamation, Third Cause of Action for Trade Libel, Fourth Cause of Action for False Light, Fifth Cause of Action for Intentional Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage, or Sixth Cause of Action for Negligent Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage.”

“In sum, Beador’s motion to strike is granted in its entirety,” the court documents stated, according to media outlet.

Although the case against Beador was dismissed, Judge was not dismissed from the lawsuit.

“The Court remains convinced that Jim has presented sufficient evidence to sustain his slander per se cause of action against Judge,” the documents stated.

Meanwhile, Jim said in a statement exclusively to Radar Online: “We are pleased that the judge ruled that my case against Tamra Judge will go forward. We believe the judge got it wrong on Beador and we will be filing an appeal in the next few days.”

As previously reported, this all went down when Tamra and Shannon appeared on Heather McDonald’s live Juicy Scoop podcast in June. “He was very crusty … I almost sent her a message saying, ‘I’m so sorry,’ but then you sent me that text saying, ‘Do you think that he’s trying to protect her? Do you think that he’s in trouble and she can’t testify against him if he’s in trouble?” Judge said at the time.

Multiple blogs reported that Judge said her “theory” was Jim is “going to jail.” Meanwhile, Beador reportedly claimed “people get paralyzed” at his trampoline park business and the estranged couple “got sued” because of it, according to Us Weekly.

Jim filed for divorce from Alexis after 13 years of marriage on June 21, citing irreconcilable differences. They are parents of son James and twin daughters Melania and Mackenna. The former couple broke their silence on their split in a joint statement:

“Outside of the news of our decision to part ways, there is nothing provocative, alluring, or sordid about the dissolution of our marriage. Quite to the contrary, we strongly support each other just as we have since the beginning of our relationship.”
