According to court records obtained by The Blast, the 26-year-old brunette was arrested for possession of Xanax and drug paraphernalia on January 5 by the Irvine Police Department.
Curtin was released from Orange County Jail the next day at 11:33 a.m., after posting bond, according to online jail records. When she was booked, Curtin listed her occupation as unemployed.
A spokesperson for the Orange County District Attorney’s office confirms to PEOPLE that Alexa was charged with two misdemeanor drug charges — possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance drug paraphernalia on January 16.
As previously reported, Curtin was arrested on drug charges in 2016. She was also awarded $2.25 million in a lawsuit against the Orange County Sheriff’s Department this summer over claims a cop sexually assaulted her in 2014.
Also, she was previously charged in April 2018 with driving under the influence of a drug from an incident back on June 6, 2017. In February 2018, an arrest warrant was issued after she was allegedly accused of keying her boyfriend's car and for possession of paraphernalia from allegedly smoking heroin.
