Dorit Kemsley’s Husband PK Assets May Be Seized Over $1.2 Million Unpaid Loan!

Dorit Kemsley‘' husband Paul "PK" Kemsley may have his assets and income seized over an unpaid $1.2m loan. According to court records obtained by The Blast, Nicos Kirzis sued the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband in New York court back in 2016.

Kirzis claimed he loaned Kemsley a total of $1.2 million back in 2011. Kirzis claimed Kemsley had not paid him nothing back, despite having agreed to a 2013 deadline. PK tried to argue that his bankruptcy case cleared all his debt. However, the debt was never listed as a creditor in the case. Kemsley tried to fight the case in court, citing his bankruptcy discharge.

But in 2016, the judge sided with Kirzis and ordered a judgment against Kemsley for the $1.2 million owed, plus interest and other costs - for a grand total of $1,235,573.66.

In December 2018, Kirzis filed documents in California to register the judgment there, which is the first step a creditor takes to begin the process of seizing assets.

Kirzis says that Kemsley finally made a payment of $250,000 on the debt, which only covered the interest that grew over the years. The unpaid balance remains at $1,275,221.48.

The court documents courtesy via The Blast claims that unless PK files to vacate the judgment, his wages, money, and property could be taken without further warning.
