Teresa Giudice Reportedly Sued For Trashing NJ Rental Home!

According to court records obtained by Radar Online from Superior Court of New Jersey, Peter and Donna Ruffini sued Teresa Giudice for property damage in the amount of $3,000 and breach of contract on August 27, 2018.

In the small claims complaint, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star agreed to “no pets and no smoking on premises” during her stay at their Ortley Beach rental home in New Jersey for the week of July 21 and July 28.

“There was a dog in the house for more than a week and house smelled of smoke,” the complaint read. “On first deck there was a plastic cup left with an empty packet of cigarettes, along with butts spread all over the front parking area.”

The complaint claimed the vacation home’s hardwood floors were scratched, and the area rug in the dining room and sofa cushion were stained.

The tenant who occupied the home from August 4 to August 11 claimed two dining room chairs were “completely broken.”
