Jim defended Kevin Hart on Sunday after the the actor’s past homophobic tweets resurfaced. While Jim was among those who showed their public support for Hart after the actor stepped down as Oscars host, according to PEOPLE.
Cohen, who was alerted about Jim’s tweets by angry fans, issued a response on Twitter. “Thank gd is right,” Cohen responded Monday to a fan who was happy the Marcheses were “fired” after one season on the show. “Sick,” Cohen continued. “Pray for his poor kids.”
Meanwhile, Marchese former co-star, Joe Gorga, who is the husband of Melissa Gorga and brother of Teresa Giudice slammed him during a recent interview over his homophobic comments.
“That’s what makes him shallow! He’s an embarrassment to the show, especially with that comment. I’m happy he’s off the show,” he told Radar Online. “If my sons were gay I would embrace them and love them!”
Meanwhile, former Real Housewives of Orange County star Lizzie Rovsek took to Twitter to react to the topic. “He should not be on Twitter! This is beyond disturbing! wtf,” she wrote.
