Teresa Giudice Explains Why Viewers Won’t See Her Husband Joe Giudice’s Deportation Ruling In Season 9 Of RHONJ And Reveals How Her Daughters Are Coping In The Wake Of Joe’s Legal Issues!

Last week, Teresa Giudice broke her silence about the news that her husband Joe Giudice will be deported from the U.S. to his native country Italy in her first intervew with  Entertainment Tonight. Now, the Real Housewives of New Jersey reveals how her four daughter are coping in the wake of Joe's legal issues.

"It's been a lot for [them] to take this all in," she said. "It's sad for the children because they're innocent in all of this, and they're probably thinking, 'Why is this happening?' They're smart, so they get it. Like, 'OK, you made a mistake. He's doing what he has to do. Then now why isn't my dad coming home?'"

Teresa also revealed why Joe's deportation ruling will not play in in the new season of the Bravo hit reality series. "We weren't filming when this just happened," she told  Entertainment Tonight.

In the same interview, Teresa made it clear that she has no plans to divorce her husband of nearly twenty years. "No. We're going to be a family, and we're going to fight this and get through this," she said.

Joe is currently serving 41 months for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud at Federal Correctional Institution Allenwood in Pennsylvania. His sentence began in March 2016 at the FCI in Fort Dix, New Jersey and he was transferred at the end of 2017 to the Pennsylvania location.
