Margaret Josephs Says Joe Giudice’s Deportation Ruling Is The “Most Upsetting News” In RHONJ History!

Margaret Josephs is sharing her thoughts on the news about Joe Giudice's pending deportation. "Joe's deportation has been the most upsetting news by far, I think, that we've had in the history of [The Real Housewives of New Jersey], much worse than either of them going to jail," she told Bravo's The Daily Dish.

While Margaret has been supportive of the Giudice family during this difficult time in their lives, she also praised Teresa's continued resilience in the face of adversity. "I immediately had reached out to Teresa. She answered me right away. She is very, very strong. And I have said this, if anybody can hold it together, it's Teresa Giudice. She's gonna be strong for her daughters, she's gonna be strong for her family, and whatever the outcome is, if he is actually deported, she'll deal with it accordingly and hold her family together like she has all along," Margaret shared. "I mean, this is the most unfortunate news, and I'm devastated. It's heartbreaking, and it's the worst hand that you can be dealt. But she will handle it like the champ that she is."

As we previously reported, Joe was ordered on Wednesday, October 10, to be deported from the United States to his native country Italy, according to Radar Online. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington said during a hearing, the website reported. “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

Joe appeared at the hearing via teleconference from his Allenwood, Penn. prison reacted to the judge's ruling. “I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now. I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me.”

Teresa recently revealed that they plan to file an appeal. "First, we're going to process the paperwork to do an appeal, and we're going to get through that," she told Entertainment Tonight.

Teresa also shut down any speculation that she would ever consider divorcing Joe. "No. We're going to be a family, and we're going to fight this and get through this," she said.
